Most systems clean up only after a job succeeds. Files from jobs that got stuck, that a printer refused, or that were never paid for can sit around for years.
Here, success and failure end the same way: the file goes. And anything left behind for any reason — an upload nobody used, a job that never printed — is swept away automatically.

You send it

It waits for one job
Our server checks it, counts its pages and holds it only until this one print is done. Nobody opens or reads it.
The shop prints it
The Agent on the shop PC fetches it, prints it, and keeps its temporary copy only for that moment.
It is deleted — printed or failed
The instant the job ends, the file is removed from our server. The shop PC's copy is wiped within 30 seconds.

Only printable files
PDFs and photos only. Programs, scripts and other risky files are refused and can never reach a shop PC.
Bad PDFs stopped early
Password-locked or damaged PDFs are rejected at upload — before any order exists.
Upload limits
A limit on how many uploads can come from one place stops anyone flooding the service, without blocking real customers.
Each shop sees only its own
A shop's dashboard shows only that shop's orders. One shop never sees another's.
Locked-down shop logins
8-character passwords, a lock after 5 wrong tries, and one active device at a time.
Every admin action logged
Whatever our own team does on the platform is written to an audit log — who, what and when.
