Yes. The moment your print comes out — or fails for any reason — your file is deleted from our server, and the shop PC's temporary copy is wiped within 30 seconds. Nothing is stored, indexed or backed up.
No. Scanning the counter QR, or typing the shop's PJ code on printerjadoo.com, opens a normal web page. Choose your file, set it up, and send it — no app, no sign-up, no OTP.
PDFs and photos (JPG, PNG and other common image types), up to 30 MB. Word, Excel or PowerPoint files need to be saved as PDF first — any phone can do it. No file? Take a photo of the paper right on the print page.
Yes. Type a range like 1-3,5 and only those pages print — and you pay only for those pages.
Yes — from the sizes that shop actually stocks, such as A4, A3, Legal or Letter — and portrait or landscape too. Colour is offered only where the counter has a colour printer.
We check the photo's resolution and warn you before you order if the print would come out soft. Then it is your call.
At the counter, to the shop — in cash or UPI, exactly as you always have. Printer Jadoo never takes or holds your money.
Your phone shows a live status and a token number, and before you order it shows how many orders are ahead of you and roughly how long it will take.
Upload on printerjadoo.com without choosing a shop and you get a 6-digit code. Read it out at any Printer Jadoo counter and the shop prints it at its own rates. A code works once; an unused one is cleared within a day.
If the shop prints automatically, your order can't start while its PC is offline and you are told straight away. If the shop approves orders first, it waits and prints when the PC is back. Either way you pay at the counter, so you never pay for a print that didn't happen.
