Scanning a QR for the first time? Read this.
Is my document safe?
Yes. The moment your print comes out — or fails for any reason — your file is deleted immediately. It is never stored on our servers or the shop's PC. Aadhaar card, marksheet, contract — whatever it is, nothing is left behind anywhere.
Do I need to download an app or make an account?
No. Scanning the QR opens a web page directly — pick your file, pay, and print, right there. No app, no signup, no password.
What file types work?
PDF and photos (JPG, PNG) work directly. If it's Word, Excel, or PowerPoint, save it as a PDF first — your phone can do that too. That keeps your text and layout printing exactly as it looks.
Can I print only specific pages?
Yes. Type something like 1-3,5 and only those pages print — and you only pay for those pages, not the whole file.
What if my photo prints blurry?
If the photo's resolution is low, we warn you before you pay. You can then pick a better photo or go ahead anyway — the choice is yours, but you get the heads-up first.
Where exactly does my payment go?
Straight to the shop owner, into their own UPI account. The money never passes through us — the shop you're standing in is the one that receives it.
What is a Print Anywhere code?
Once you upload a file, you get a 6-digit code. Take that code to any Printer Jadoo shop and print there. Very handy while traveling, in another town, or when you're in a hurry.
What if the shop's PC is switched off?
Then we don't take your payment at all. Whether the shop is live is checked before payment — so you never end up paying without getting a print.

The questions most people ask before signing up.
How much does this cost me?
Just ₹1 per customer. No matter how many pages that customer prints, it's one rupee. No monthly fee, no annual fee, no deposit, no contract. No customer, no charge.
What do I need to have already?
A Windows PC you already own, any brand of printer with a working driver, a UPI ID in your name, and basic internet. Nothing new to buy. (The agent currently runs on Windows only.)
What happens to orders if power or internet goes out?
Paid jobs stay safely queued and print automatically the moment power and internet return. You don't have to redo anything, and no order is ever lost.
Will my color toner get wasted on a black & white job?
No. When a customer chooses black & white, the file is actually converted to real grayscale before it's sent to the printer. So the color cartridge is never touched.
What happens if a print fails?
The agent automatically retries up to three times. If it still doesn't come out, the job clearly shows as ‘failed’ on your dashboard so you can make it right with the customer.
How do I get paid?
Straight into your own UPI account, the instant the customer pays. No wallet in between, no waiting for settlement, and no risk of your money getting stuck somewhere.
Can I set my own per-page rates?
Yes. You can change your black & white and color rates from the dashboard any time. Keep them matched to your local market — we never interfere.

Which languages does it work in?
The print page is available in Marathi, Hindi, and English. Customers can pick whichever language they want — so nobody needs to ask anyone for help.
Is my shop visible to everyone?
Only if you allow it and set your shop's location. Once you do, your name, rates, and whether you're currently open show up in the ‘find a nearby shop’ list. If you don't want that, your shop stays private.
