The job travels to the Printer Jadoo Agent on the shop computer. You get a token number and a live status — even how many orders are ahead of you.

The status updates by itself — no refreshing

05/06Print

The printer starts by itself. You pay at the counter.

No print dialog, no Ctrl+P. Black & white jobs go to the B&W printer, colour jobs to the colour one — whichever is free first. Then you pay the shop in cash or UPI, exactly as you always have.

06/06Vanish

Printed. And the file is gone.

The moment the job ends — printed or failed — the file is deleted from our server. The temporary copy on the shop PC is wiped within 30 seconds. Nothing is kept, indexed or backed up.

Two ways to take orders

The shop decides when printing starts.

Every shop picks one of two modes in its dashboard and can switch at any time. Either way the customer pays at the counter — the app never takes money.

When something goes wrong

We planned for the bad days too.

A locked or damaged PDFIt is refused at upload — before any order is placed — with a clear message.

A Word or Excel fileThe customer is asked to save it as PDF first, so the print looks exactly like the screen.

A blurry photoIts resolution is checked and a warning shows before ordering. The customer decides.

The printer jams or refusesThe Agent retries up to 3 times, restarting the print spooler. If it still fails, the job shows as failed on the dashboard.

Power or internet goes at the shopPaid and approved jobs wait safely on the cloud and print automatically when the Agent reconnects.

No colour printer at this counterThe colour option is simply not offered — nobody pays for something the shop cannot print.
