Nothing here is hidden
When exactly does the ₹1 apply?
Only for a customer you actually served. When their job is printed, that's one rupee — whether their job was one page or two hundred. If no customer comes, nothing is charged at all.
What if a print fails?
If the printer has a momentary issue, the agent automatically retries up to three times. If it still doesn't work, that job is logged as ‘failed’ and the file is immediately wiped for good. You're never charged for a print that didn't come out.
Do I need to buy any equipment?
No. There's nothing new to buy — no kiosk, no card machine, no new printer. Your current printer and current Windows computer are enough. The agent software is a free download.
Is there a contract or notice period?
No. No contract, no lock-in, no notice. Stop whenever you like — and if you want to start again later, there's no charge for that either.
Where does the customer's print payment land?
